This can be done by contacting an admin on Discord or via Live Chat at the bottom-right corner of the website.
Follow these steps:
You must first cancel the auto-payment in the TrueMoney app and send a screenshot from the app to the admin.
Support will cancel the plan in the system.
Send a screenshot of the payment slip of the previous plan.
Purchase the new plan.
Support will refund the previous plan in the TrueMoney system.
