Go to the Dashboard main menu
Look at the left-side menu and select Plan > Main Plan.
Find your current plan and look for the “Cancel Plan” option, then click it.
A pop-up will appear. Select the reason for cancellation and click “Confirm Cancellation”.
That’s it. Your plan cancellation is complete.
* Our service operates as an auto-renewal subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account management page.
After cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
** Plans paid via PromptPay and True Redeem will end at the end of the billing cycle and will not auto-renew. The system will automatically cancel the plan if it is not renewed.
