All product prices and transactions will be in Thai Baht (THB).
1.4 Accuracy:
The customer is responsible for verifying the amount and account information before confirming payment. The store reserves the right to not be responsible for any errors in money transfer made by the customer.
1.5 Pricing:
Prices shown on the website are subject to change without prior notice. The final price is the price displayed on the checkout summary page before payment.
2. Delivery Policy
2.1 Product Format:
All products in the Bro Store are Digital Products in the form of License Keys only. There will be no shipping of physical boxes, parcels, or any physical media.
2.2 Delivery Method:
The purchased License Key will be delivered to the Email address you provided in the order information.
2.3 Delivery Timeframe:
Generally, customers will receive the License Key via email within approximately 5 - 30 minutes after payment is confirmed, except in cases of system technical issues.
2.4 Customer's Responsibillity:
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address used for the order. If an incorrect email is provided and the key is sent to that address, the store will not be held responsible.
If you do not receive the email within the specified time, please check your Junk Mail / Spam Folder first before contacting our team.
2.5 Service Completion:
An order is considered complete once the system has successfully sent the License Key email to the destination specified by the customer.
Services, your negligence, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your breach of any statutory requirement, duty or law, and/or your violation of any rights of any other person or entity. This clause shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms & Conditions for any reason.
3. Refund and Exchange Policy
3.1 Main Policy: No Refund Policy
Due to the specific nature of Digital Products, once an order is completed and the License Key has been delivered to the customer, Bro Store reserves the right to not accept refunds, returns, or cancellations in all cases.
Justification:
Verification: Once the key is delivered or disclosed, the store cannot verify whether the key has been used (Redeemed) or not.
Security: To prevent fraud and the use of a key followed by a refund request, we cannot resell a key that has already been delivered.
3.2 Customer's Responsibility (Non-Refundable Conditions)
The store will not be responsible and cannot issue a refund if the problem stems from the following:
Customer ordered the wrong game / changed their mind.
The customer's computer (PC) or device specifications do not meet the System Requirements (e.g., lag, inability to play).
Customer bought a key for the wrong platform (e.g., wanted Steam but bought an Epic Games Store key).
Customer bought a key for the wrong region (Region Lock), and their account does not match the key's region.
Customer is dissatisfied with the game (e.g., not fun, bugs within the game, server shutdowns).
Finding the game cheaper elsewhere after purchase.
3.3 Exception: Invalid Key
Bro Store will take responsibility and provide assistance only in cases where the delivered key is "Invalid" or "Already Redeemed," and it is proven to be an error from the store or its distributor. The claim conditions are as follows:
Notification: The customer must contact the team within 24 hours of receiving the key.
Proof: You must provide clear and sufficient evidence for verification, including:
A screenshot or video showing the error message while attempting to redeem the key.
A screenshot of your Order History and Game Library on that platform to confirm the game has not been added to your account.
Investigation: The store will take time to investigate the issue with the publisher/supplier, which may take 24-72 hours.
Resolution: If the investigation confirms the key was faulty from the store, we will proceed to issue a new License Key to the customer as soon as possible.
